In December 2007, Decision Resources acquired Arlington Medical Research, based in Malvern, Pa. AMR offers clinical databases that directly monitor the usage of antibiotics, antifungals and contrast media agents within the hospital setting. This information allows pharmaceutical companies to better understand how their products and their competitors' products are being used in the multiple geographic markets monitored -- U.S., Italy, Germany, U.K., Spain, France, China, Japan and Korea.
